About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build responsive, performant web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• UI/UX Implementation: Transform design mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive user interfaces
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications load quickly and provide smooth user experiences
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers
• Innovation: Stay updated with latest frontend technologies and contribute to technical decisions

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• Frontend Frameworks: 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js
• Languages: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Styling: Experience with Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS, and responsive design principles
• Tools: Proficiency with Git, npm/yarn, and modern development tools
• APIs: Experience integrating REST APIs and managing application state
• Performance: Understanding of web performance optimization techniques

Nice to Have

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch
• Experience with headless CMS platforms
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
